Logging in to Jackpot City should take a few seconds, and most of the time it does. When it doesn't, the cause is almost always one of a handful of things: you're on the wrong regional site, your password needs resetting, a security check is waiting for you, or your account has a limit or exclusion on it. This is the most common source of "my login doesn't work" messages. Jackpot City runs two different platforms in Canada:

An account opened on one platform won't work on the other. Use the "Forgot password" link under the login form. You'll be asked for your registered email and usually a detail such as your date of birth. A reset link arrives by email — check spam and promotions folders if it doesn't show up within a few minutes. Reset links expire, so use it promptly.

Self-exclusion or a cool-off period

Wrong regional site
Seeing a message about location, or a page that doesn't recognise your account? You're probably on the Ontario site with a rest-of-Canada account, or vice versa. VPNs can trigger the same problem and break the casino's terms, so switch them off.
Page won't load or keeps logging you out
